HTC just announced a new phone, the HTC Desire C which is loaded with android version 4.0 ice cream sandwich. This phone will be the most economical phone which comes with ICS loaded. It is also equipped with a new audio technology called beats. Other features are a 3.5" HVGA screen, 5 MP camera, 4GB built in storage, bluetooth 4.0, NFC etc.
This phone's price is expected to be in the range of 13000 INR.
